Select the My Products and Services tab, then click the name of the product you want to activate. You can find your activation key and generate your password in your Wolfram User Portal account.

For example, if you purchased an annual subscription plan and have three months left, then choose to stop billing, the subscription will remain active until the end of that three-month period.

When you stop billing, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Select “Stop billing” to cancel this subscription at the end of your current billing cycle.

Choose the product that has the subscription you wish to cancel.
